Youth Outreach
To improve the lives of foster and underprivileged youth by promoting dignity and providing encouragement and compassion.
Foster Youth Luggage and Toy Fundraiser 2024
The Cares Program partnered with the
Stanislaus County Veterans Service Office for our Annual Foster Youth Luggage and Toy Drive Fundraiser. Many children in California’s foster care system experience frequent placement changes and carry their possessions between placements in a trash bag. Your donations help make a difference and help provide stability and hope during transitions. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of Foster Children!

Homeless Assistance Program
To improve the health and lives of people and pets affected by poverty.
